Refund Policy

Effective Date: 09/19/2025

At The Central Party, we are committed to transparency, dignity, and continuity in all public-facing engagements. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for contributions, merchandise, and event participation.

Event Registrations

Refunds for ticketed events hosted by The Central Party are subject to the following:

  • Full refund if canceled 7 days or more before the event

  • 50% refund if canceled 3–6 days before the event

  • No refund if canceled within 48 hours of the event

If an event is canceled or rescheduled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration.

Merchandise & Symbolic Materials

For physical items (e.g., apparel, symbolic gear, printed doctrine cards):

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and returned in original condition.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Digital symbolic assets (e.g., downloadable doctrine cards or visual materials) are non-refundable once accessed.

Donations & Manifesto Signups

All donations and manifesto-tier contributions are considered final and non-refundable. These funds support public education, movement continuity, and symbolic infrastructure.

If a contribution was made in error or duplicated, please contact us within 7 days and we will review the request with integrity.

Civic Stewardship

We view refunds not as transactions—but as reflections of trust, clarity, and shared purpose. Every request is handled with respect and a commitment to ethical continuity.

Color Symbolism Disclaimer

The Central Party affirms that the color white, as used in our visual identity, carries no racial or ethnic connotation. It is chosen solely for its symbolic resonance with the white stripe of the American flag, representing purity, transparency, and civic integrity. This color reflects our commitment to ethical clarity, constitutional stewardship, and inclusive legacy-building—not any racial or cultural identity.

We reject all forms of racial bias and affirm the equal dignity of all people. Our movement is rooted in autonomy, unity, and existential continuity, and our symbolism is designed to reflect those values with precision and care.
